Michelle Foster, MA, LPC, EdD is a New Jersey Licensed Professional Counselor with a doctorate in Education specializing in Children and Family services. Dr. Foster works with children, adolescents and adults providing individual and group counseling.

Dr. Foster received her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio. She then went on to earn her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Georgia School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Foster attained her doctorate in Education from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida specializing in Children and Family services. This allowed her to utilize her clinical counseling skills in various educational arenas.

Dr. Foster specializes in treating children, adolescents and adults with Attention–Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders and Specific Learning Disorders. Dr. Foster has extensive experience providing consultations to teachers, child study team members and families to address social, emotional and learning needs of their students.

In addition, Dr. Foster holds a Teacher of Psychology certificate for the State of New Jersey and has enjoyed teaching Psychology courses at the college level.
